Art and design for living.

Architecture, interiors, landscape and art belong together. We connect them to shape places with character, comfort and room for everyday life.

From the way a building sits in its surroundings to the things you touch and see inside, start with the place, the people and how they will use it.

Hotels. Residences. Places to gather.

A sense of place.

From understanding the land to shaping the idea — concept imagery.

Start with the site: its light, views, climate and the way people arrive. The building should belong to its surroundings and make everyday use feel natural.

Scale, layout and the relationship between inside and outside set the direction. A clear idea helps bring the spaces together around the people who will use them.

Feel at home.

A room should feel good and work well. Light, layout, materials and furniture shape how people move, settle in and spend time together.

We begin with everyday use: somewhere comfortable to sit, space to move and the right balance of privacy and connection. Art becomes part of the room from the start.

Buildings and landscape growing together — coastal retreat concept.

Landscape shapes the experience before you reach the door. Shade, planting, paths and places to pause give a site its rhythm and connect buildings to the life around them.

Think about the walk, the view and the quiet corner. Outdoor spaces should invite people to explore, gather or simply enjoy being there.

04 / JOEWY Café

Swim. Sip. Stay a little longer.

Coffee, swimming and good company — JOEWY Café and shared hangout concept.

A coffee, a swim and somewhere to sit together. JOEWY Café is the shared hangout and management hub for the hideouts developed by JIWO. It brings together the day-to-day guest experience, a pool, shaded tables and room for an easy conversation.

Open spaces and tropical planting bring everyone together. Come for a coffee, meet a friend or simply enjoy a slower part of the day.

05 / ARTS

Something that moves you.

A painting can change the feeling of a room. It can draw you closer, start a conversation or become something you enjoy quietly every day. We start with work that makes us feel something.

The aim is to find a connection between the art, the place and the people who spend time there. Something with character that still feels good to live with.

Let’s talk.
